The maximum occupancy for our rental is 5 guests. The gate staff will check number of people entering.  You can add day visitors, but again the gate staff will control and check

Yes, of course parking is Free in the driveway.  There is room for 3 or 4 vehicles and room for a boat or other trailer, but you may have to park it on the dirt

Our rental includes a decently equipped kitchen, 2 coffee makers, (Keurig & drip pot) Bring  your own linens and towels, Wi-Fi is free and there is a 32 inch TV.  

This is not a lake front home. Which is nice when the wind comes up on the lake.  It's a short drive or a nice ride on an e-bike to 2 recreation areas (see photos) "Rec Areas" as they are referred to include boat launch, swimming area, beach area, picnic tables, BBQ fixtures.  Rec area 1 which is closest includes tennis courts and beach/water toy rental shack.  

The Lake Almanor Country club golf course is a short drive from this home.  (less than 1 mile) There are 2 other golf courses nearby.  You will pass the Bailey Creek Golf course off clifford drive as you arrive to the Lake Almanor country club,  The Lake Almanor west golf course is on the west shore of the lake and approximately a 30 minute drive.  There are several other course within 1 hour drive.  Look for our section on Golf Courses
